Igun-Eronmwon quarters also known as Igun Street the home of Benin brass/bronze industry. The buildings here might look old and even rundown on the outside but inside is a different story entirely. Filled with artistic treasures of priceless value, they beckon on all, art connoisseurs especially to savour all the beauties on offer and possibly buy some for keeps. The street attracts visitors from far and wide, who come not only to view the works on display but also see the famous street generally regarded as the art centre of the city. Visitors can really get a lot of brass/bronze souvenir or, brass/bronze cast according to customer's specification.

Igbesanmwan Street is also renowned for ebony wood and ivory carving, an ideal place for lovers of carved souvenir. Souvenirs can be carved according to customer's specification.
Local markets like: Oba market. New Benin market, Agbado market, Osa market, Oliha market Ogiso market, New market and Ikpoba hill market are also worth visiting.

Visitors can also find great deals in Edo cloth; traditional cloth weaving made by folks of Somorika, Auchi, Igarra and Ubiaja. The colourful, artistic motifs of the Igarra people have won national and international acclaim. Beautiful Edo traditional pottery specimens generally made by the women folks are obtainable from Uhonmora in Owan Local Government Area and Udo in Agbazilo Local Government Area The pots-makers produce a wide variety of earthenware including cooking pot bowls, mugs and the traditional {Ukoko} pipe. There are goldsmiths and silversmiths in the principal towns of the state. They make trinkets and earrings.
