Poem For MumCry for her, but only a Little Remember her when she was well Mum was always there, home was her
Rooms full of flowers, family laughter, Cheering, giving, loving uncomplaining Diana- meaning “divine”.
Winds go on whispering Birds Continue to sing Flowers bloom to fade away Yet their memory will stay.
Year follows year, yet nothing Can part you from those you Hold dear.
I imagine Mum’s cottage in the sky Rambling rose growing high A sign above the door No pain or suffering for me anymore.
A place full of peace For our dear Mum to be Alas- too far away for us to see. Phillipa Boyd |
